Do you supply Australia wide?

We currently supply Victorian and Tasmanian stores.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order for free metro delivery is 4 boxes OR $220.00

Outer metro and regional freight charges vary from area to area.

Do I need to preorder?

Some items need to be preordered.  Currently bulk orders for Damona and Blue must be preordered on the Wednesday before the week delivery is required. For more spicfic answers please have a chat with one of our team to make sure you’ve got all the info you need.

How do you pick the products you sell?

A LOT of thought goes into each and every product we bring onboard.  We look for products that are Australian made, certified organic (when possible), great for your health, reasonably priced and produced in a way that does not harm the environment.  We partner with companies and producers who are ethical in their practices, honest in their communication, open to new ideas and passionate about what they do.

Are your products local/Australian?

All our products are Australian, but a few contain ingredients that are not produced in Australia.  If this is of special interest to you, don’t be afraid to ask.  We’ll be happy to help you out and are completely transparent when it comes to what’s in the products we sell and how they are made.

Are all your products certified organic?

No.  Many of them are but a few are not or contain ingredients that are not.  If this is the case, however, you can be sure we’ve made an exception for a very good reason.  Please ask us if you’d like more information.  We’re always up for a chat and keen to provide you with all the information you need to make an informed decision about what products you sell.

What kind of support do you offer once your products are on the shelf?

We are committed to working with all of our stockists to get our amazing products into as many hands as possible.  From promotional materials, to in store tastings and even recipe suggestions, we’re always up for a good chat about what will work best for YOU.
